The Lamb of God / Lion of Judah opens the first four of the seven seals, which summons four beings that ride out on white, red, black, and pale horses. To Zechariah, they are described as “the ones whom the Lord has sent to patrol the earth” causing it to rest quietly.

Ezekiel lists them as “sword, famine, wild beasts, and plague.” In John's revelation, the first horseman is on a white horse, carrying a bow, and given a crown, riding forward as a figure of Conquest, perhaps invoking Pestilence, Christ, or the Antichrist.

The second carries a sword and rides a red horse and is the creator of War. The third is a food merchant riding upon a black horse, symbolizing Famine.

The fourth and final horse is pale green, and upon it rides Death accompanied by Hades. The first Horseman, Conquest on the White Horse as depicted in the Bamberg Apocalypse (1000–1020).

Then I saw when the Lamb broke one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying as with a voice of thunder, “Come.” Grenades, an influential Christian theologian of the 2nd century, was among the first to interpret this Horseman as Christ himself, his white horse representing the successful spread of the gospel.

Furthermore, earlier in the New Testament, the Book of Mark indicates that the advance of the gospel may indeed precede and foretell the apocalypse. The color white also tends to represent righteousness in the Bible, and Christ is in other instances portrayed as a conqueror.

The Holy Spirit was understood to have come upon the Apostles at Pentecost after Jesus' departure from Earth. While for nearly nineteen centuries Christians had thought that the first horseman was a positive figure representing either Christ or the Gospel, a completely different interpretation of this character emerged in 1866 when C.F.

Impel defended the first hypothesis that he was the Antichrist (and more precisely according to him Napoleon Bonaparte). It was taken over from the next generation in the United States by R. F. Franklin in 1898 and W. C. Stevens in 1928 and was then very successful in evangelical circles until today, for example with Pastor Billy Graham, for whom it was the Antichrist or false prophets in general.

According to Edward Bishop Elliott's interpretation, that the Four Horsemen represent a prophecy of the subsequent history of the Roman Empire, the white color of this horse signifies triumph, prosperity and health in the political Roman body. For the next 80 or 90 years succeeding the banishment of the apostle John to Pathos covering the successive reigns of the emperors Nerve, Trajan, Hadrian and the two Antoninus (Antoninus Pius and Marcus Aurelius), a golden age of prosperity, union, civil liberty and good government unstained with civil blood unfolded.

The agents of this prosperity personified by the rider of the white horse are these five emperors wearing crowns that reigned with absolute authority and power under the guidance of virtue and wisdom, the armies being restrained by their firm and gentle hands. This interpretation points out that the bow was preeminently a weapon of the inhabitants of the island of Crete and not of the Roman Empire in general.

The significance of the rider of the white horse holding a bow indicates the place of origin of the line of emperors ruling during this time. This group of emperors can be classed together under one and the same head and family whose origins were from Crete.

According to this interpretation, this period in Roman history, remarkable, both at its commencement and at its close, illustrated the glory of the empire where its limits were extended, though not without occasional wars, which were always uniformly triumphant and successful on the frontiers. The triumphs of the Emperor Trajan, a Roman Alexander, added to the empire Dacia, Armenia, Mesopotamia and other provinces during the course of the first 20 years of the period, which deepened the impression on the minds of the barbarians of the invincibility of the Roman Empire.

Roman conquest is demonstrated even in the most mighty of these wars, the Marcomannic succession of victories under the second Antoine unleashed on the German barbarians, driven into their forests and reduced to Roman submission. In some commentaries to Bibles, the white Horseman is said to symbolize (ordinary) War, which may be exercised on righteous grounds in decent manner, hence the white color, but still is devastating.

The red Horseman (see below) then rather more specifically symbolizes civil war. Some translations of the Bible mention plague (e.g. the Nov) or “pestilence” (e.g. the RSV) in connection with the riders in the passage following the introduction of the fourth rider; cf.

Vicente Blanco Baez, in his 1916 novel The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (filmed in 1921 and in 1962), provides an early example of this interpretation, writing “The horseman on the white horse was clad in a showy and barbarous attire. While his horse continued galloping, he was bending his bow in order to spread pestilence abroad.

At his back swung the brass quiver filled with poisoned arrows, containing the germs of all diseases.” The second Horseman, War on the Red Horse as depicted in a thirteenth-century Apocalypse manuscript.

When He broke the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, “Come.” And another, a red horse, went out; and to him who sat on it, it was granted to take peace from Earth, and that men would slay one another; and a great sword was given to him.

The rider of the second horse is often taken to represent War (he is often pictured holding a sword upwards as though ready for battle ) or mass slaughter. The color red, as well as the rider's possession of a great sword (, mackerel), suggests blood that is to be spilled.

Peace left the Roman Earth resulting in the killing of one another as insurrection crept into and permeated the Empire beginning shortly into the reign of the Emperor Commodes. Elliott points out that Commodes, who had nothing to wish and everything to enjoy, that beloved son of Marcus Aurelius who ascended the throne with neither competitor to remove nor enemies to punish, became the slave of his attendants who gradually corrupted his mind.

His cruelty degenerated into habit and became the ruling passion of his soul. Elliott further recites that, after the death of Commodes, a most turbulent period lasting 92 years unfolded during which time 32 emperors and 27 pretenders to the Empire hurled each other from the throne by incessant civil warfare.

The sword was a natural, universal badge among the Romans, of the military profession. Military men in power, whose vocation was war and weapon the sword, rose by it and also fell.

When He broke the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying, “Come.” I looked, and behold, a black horse; and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand.

And I heard something like a voice in the center of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a Darius, and three quarts of barley for a Darius; but do not damage the oil and the wine.” The third Horseman rides a black horse and is popularly understood to be Famine as the Horseman carries a pair of balances or weighing scales (Greek , wagon), indicating the way that bread would have been weighed during a famine.

Other authors interpret the third Horseman as the “Lord as a Law-Giver” holding Scales of Justice. In the passage, it is read that the indicated price of grain is about ten times normal (thus the famine interpretation popularity), with an entire day's wages (a Darius) buying enough wheat for only one person (one Phoenix, about 1.1 liters), or enough of the less nutritious barley for three, so that workers would struggle to feed their families.

Of the Four Horsemen, the black horse and its rider are the only ones whose appearance is accompanied by a vocalization. John hears a voice, unidentified but coming from among the four living creatures, that speaks of the prices of wheat and barley, also saying “and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine “.

This suggests that the black horse's famine is to drive up the price of grain but leave oil and wine supplies unaffected (though out of reach of the ordinary worker). One explanation for this is that grain crops would have been more naturally susceptible to famine years or locust plagues than olive trees and grapevines, which root more deeply.

The balance in the rider's hand is not associated with a man's weighing out bits of bread in scanty measure for his family's eating but in association with the buying and selling of corn and other grains. The balance during the time of the apostle John's exile in Pathos was commonly a symbol of justice since it was used to weigh out the grains for a set price.

In history, the Roman Empire suffered as a result of excessive taxation of its citizens. During the reign of Emperor Caracalla, whose sentiments were very different from the Antoninus being inattentive, or rather averse, to the welfare of the people, he found himself under the necessity of gratifying the greed and excessive lifestyle which he had excited in the Army.

During his reign, he crushed every part of the empire under the weight of his iron scepter. In the course of this history, the land tax, the taxes for services and the heavy contributions of corn, wine, oil and meat were exacted from the provinces for the use of the court, army and capital.

This noxious weed not totally eradicated again sprang up with the most luxurious growth and going forward darkened the Roman world with its deadly shade. In reality, the rise to power of the Emperor Maxi min, whose cruelty was derived from a different source being raised as a barbarian from the district of Thrace, expanded the distress on the empire beyond the confines of the illustrious senators or bold adventurers who in the court or army exposed themselves to the whims of fortune.

This tyrant, stimulated by the insatiable desires of the soldiers, attacked the public property at length. Every city of the empire was destined to purchase corn for the multitudes as well as supply expenses for the games.

I looked, and behold, an ashen horse; and he who sat on it had the name Death; and Hades was following with him. Unlike the other three, he is not described carrying a weapon or other object, instead he is followed by Hades (the resting place of the dead).

However, illustrations commonly depict him carrying a scythe (like the Grim Reaper), sword, or other implement. The color of Death's horse is written as chorus () in the original Kline Greek, which can mean either green/greenish-yellow or pale/pallid.

The color is often translated as “pale”, though “ashen”, “pale green”, and “yellowish green” are other possible interpretations (the Greek word is the root of chlorophyll and chlorine “). Based on uses of the word in ancient Greek medical literature, several scholars suggest that the color reflects the sickly pallor of a corpse.

The verse beginning “they were given power over a fourth of the earth” is generally taken as referring to Death and Hades, although some commentators see it as applying to all four horsemen. Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (by Agnaldo dell'Ira, Norman project of mosaic, 1939–1940. This fourth, pale horse, was the personification of Death with Hades following him jaws open receiving the victims slain by Death.

According to Edward Bishop Elliott, an era in Roman history commencing within about 15 years after the death of Severus Alexander (in 235 AD) strongly marks every point of this terrible emblem. Edward Gibbon speaks of a period from the celebration of the great secular games by the Emperor Philip to the death of Allies (in 268 AD) as the 20 years of shame and misfortune, of confusion and calamity, as a time when the ruined empire approached the last and fatal moment of its dissolution.

During a portion of this time, 5000 people died daily in Rome; and many towns that escaped the attacks of barbarians were entirely depopulated. For a time in the late 260s, the strength of Aurelia crushed the enemies of Rome, yet after his assassination certain of them revived.

After the reign of Allies and 20 or 30 years had passed, the multiplication of the animals had risen to such an extent in parts of the empire that they made it a crying evil. One notable point of apparent difference between the prophecy and history might seem to be expressly limited to the fourth part of the Roman Earth, but in the history of the period the devastation of the pale horse extended over all.

:203 After the plague had abated, the empire suffered from general distress, and its condition was very much like that which followed after the Black Death of the Middle Ages. Talent and art had become extinct in proportion to the desolation of the world.

Some Christians interpret the Horsemen as a prophecy of a future Tribulation, during which many on Earth will die as a result of multiple catastrophes. This is when God will judge the Earth, and is giving the World a chance to repent before they die, and His new beautiful earth is created for all the people who are faithful to Him and accept him as their Savior.

Its general subject is the decline and fall, after a previous prosperous era, of the Empire of Heathen Rome. The first four seals of Revelation, represented by four horses and horsemen, are fixed to events, or changes, within the Roman Earth.

Some modern scholars interpret Revelation from a preterit point of view, arguing that its prophecy and imagery apply only to the events of the first century of Christian history. In this school of thought, Conquest, the white horse's rider, is sometimes identified as a symbol of Parthia forces: Conquest carries a bow, and the Parthia Empire was at that time known for its mounted warriors and their skill with bow and arrow.

Some scholars specifically point to Voltages I, a Parthia shah who clashed with the Roman Empire and won one significant battle in 62 AD. Revelation's historical context may also influence the depiction of the black horse and its rider, Famine.

In 92 AD, the Roman emperor Domitian attempted to curb excessive growth of grapevines and encourage grain cultivation instead, but there was major popular backlash against this effort, and it was abandoned. Famine's mission to make wheat and barley scarce but “hurt not the oil and the wine” could be an allusion to this episode.

The red horse and its rider, who take peace from the earth, might represent the prevalence of civil strife at the time Revelation was written; internecine conflict ran rampant in the Roman Empire during and just prior to the 1st century AD. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints believe their first prophet, Joseph Smith, revealed that the book described by John “contains the revealed will, mysteries, and the works of God; the hidden things of his economy concerning this earth during the seven thousand years of its continuance, or its temporal existence” and that the seals describe these things for the seven thousand years of the Earth's temporal existence, each seal representing 1,000 years.

About the first seal and the white horse, Los Apostle Bruce R. McKenzie taught, “The most transcendent happenings involved Enoch and his ministry. And it is interesting to note that what John saw was not the establishment of Zion and its removal to heavenly spheres, but the unparalleled wars in which Enoch, as a general over the armies of the saints, 'went forth conquering and to conquer' Revelation 6:2 ; see also Moses 7:13–18 The second seal and the red horse represent the period from approximately 3,000 B.C.

Including the wickedness and violence leading to the Great Flood. The third seal and black horse describe the period of ancient Joseph, son of Israel, who was sold into Egypt, and the famines that swept that period (see Genesis 41 – 42 ; Abraham 1:29–30 ; 2:1, 17, 21).

The fourth seal and the pale horse are interpreted to represent the thousand years leading up to the birth of Jesus Christ, both the physical death brought about by great warring empires and the spiritual death through apostasy among the Lord's chosen people. Artwork which shows the Horsemen as a group, such as the famous woodcut by Albrecht Durer, suggests an interpretation where all four horsemen represent different aspects of the same tribulation.

American Protestant Evangelical interpreters regularly see ways in which the horsemen, and Revelation in general, speak to contemporary events. Some who believe Revelation applies to modern times can interpret the horses based on various ways their colors are used.

Pastor Irvin Baxter Jr. of End time Ministries espouses such a belief. (See Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, and Uriel, angels often associated with four cardinal directions).

Some speculate that when the imagery of the Seven Seals is compared to other eschatological descriptions throughout the Bible, the themes of the horsemen draw remarkable similarity to the events of the Oliver Discourse. The signs of the approaching end of the world are likened to birth pains, indicating that they would occur more frequently and with greater intensity the nearer the event of Christ's return.

With this perspective the horsemen represent the rise of false religions, false prophets and false messiahs; the increase of wars and rumors of wars; the escalation of natural disasters and famines; and the growth of persecution, martyrdom, betrayal and loss of faith. The Book of Zechariah twice mentions colored horses; in the first passage there are three colors (red, speckled/brown, and white), and in the second there are four teams of horses (red, black, white, and finally dappled/”grilled and bay”) pulling chariots.

The second set of horses are referred to as “the four spirits of heaven, going out from standing in the presence of the Lord of the whole world.” It may be assumed by some Christian interpretation that when the tribulation begins, the peace is taken away, so their job is to terrify the places in which they patrol.

In Ezekiel 14:21, the Lord enumerates His “four disastrous acts of judgment” (ESV), sword, famine, wild beasts, and pestilence, against the idolatrous elders of Israel. Look up four horsemen of the apocalypse in Wiktionary, the free dictionary.

Described by the apostle John in Revelation 6:1-8, the four horsemen are graphic symbols for the destruction that will come to the earth during the end times. The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are dramatic and symbolic warnings of the death and destruction to occur at the end of days.

But in Revelation 6, John, who is still in heaven, begins to see what will happen on earth at the end of times when God judges the inhabitants of the world. In Scripture, the bow has been a long-standing weapon of military triumph and the crown is the conqueror's headdress.

Some scholars have argued that this first horseman is Jesus Christ, but that interpretation is inconsistent with the immediate context and the symbolism of the other three riders. He may also stand for the Antichrist, a charismatic leader who will soon emerge as a false imitation of Jesus Christ.

Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make people kill each other. (Nov) The second rider appears on a fiery red horse, with power to take away peace from the earth and make humans slay one another.

A voice predicts unbearable inflation of costs and scarcity of food, causing widespread famine, hunger, and shortage of necessities brought on by war. Even today, warfare commonly brings on food supply shortages and starvation.

The fourth horseman, in Revelation 6:8, rides a pale horse and is named Death: These two were given authority over one-fourth of the earth, to kill with the sword and famine and disease and wild animals.

(Revelation 6:8, Nov) Throughout history, God, in his sovereignty, has allowed conquest, warfare, plague, sickness, famine, and death to wreak havoc on humanity, but he has always limited the power of these calamities. Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

In Revelation 6, Jesus opens seven seals of judgment to begin the Tribulation period on earth. The first four seals he opens are the four horsemen, and each is released from heaven to usher in various judgments on the earth.

He will arrive at the world scene at the beginning of the Tribulation and work to unite the nations, signing a peace treaty with Israel. By the second half of the Tribulation, the Antichrist will break his peace treaty and wage open war against believers.

The seventh seal represents the Day of the Lord and is actually the main theme of the book. The Day of the Lord is the time of Christ’s intervention in this world to wrest control from Satan’s dominion and from the rebellious human rulers under him and to establish the Kingdom of God here on earth.

These horsemen represent events that have been ongoing since this prophecy was given and that will intensify in the end times, before the climactic return of Jesus Christ. These horsemen represent events that have been ongoing since this prophecy was given and that will intensify in the end times, before the climactic return of Jesus Christ.

Since Jesus Christ is the One opening these seals and revealing what will happen in this world prior to His return, is there anywhere else in the Bible that He discloses these events? In the comparison chart below, notice how Christ’s answer lines up exactly with what He gave years later in the book of Revelation through the apostle John.

The first four seals are clearly already open in our day now, and the four horsemen of the Apocalypse have been riding through the years, taking their toll on populations. Jesus Christ reveals that this world is about to undergo great devastation due to the rebellion of humanity against our Creator.

But the good news is that a wonderful, bright new world will begin after the terrible storm is over. The fourth horseman of the Apocalypse will bring further warfare and terrible famines along with awful plagues and diseases.

In other prints, the film ends with the four horsemen riding on to create future havoc for other generations. The silent film rights to the original story had been purchased by Metro in 1918 for $190,000.

There had been discussions by MGM about remaking the film before the American copyright expired in 1946. The following year MGM producer Sam Marx announced the studio might remake the film as a vehicle for Ricardo Montauban, and if they did, the story would be updated to World War II.

Early in 1958 MGM set about clarifying the copyright situation. They obtained the necessary rights and announced they would make the movie in June 1958.

What I want to put on screen is the atmosphere, so that when you sit in the theater you will feel the hope and frustration of people struggling against invasion and may realize no man is an island.

MGM allocated a budget of $4 million and Vincent Minnelli to direct. Minnelli said he had doubts about relocating the time period and wanted it set back in World War I, but the studio was insistent.

Filming was pushed back due to the actors strike in 1960. Minnelli later claimed he was “drafted” into making the movie, and was rushed into production before he was ready because MGM had a start date.

However he did manage to get head of production Sol Siegel to arrange for the script to be rewritten in order to reflect the German Occupation of Paris. Because Robert Audrey was busy, MGM hired John Gay to do rewrites of an outline prepared by Minnelli, which showed the weaknesses as he saw them.

Vincent Minnelli said he wanted Alain Demon for the starring role and met with the young actor in Rome, but the producers did not feel he was sufficiently well known at the time. In June 1960 it was announced that Glenn Ford, who had a long relationship with MGM and had recently signed a new contract with the studio, would play the lead role.

Minnelli later reflected “There I was, stuck with a story I didn't want to do, with a leading actor who lacked the brashness and impulsiveness I associated with his part. Ford was paired with an older actress, Ingrid Thin, making both main roles much older than the book and 1921 film characters, giving more credibility to their relationship than a May–December romance would have.

Although Thin spoke English well, she was dubbed by Angela Danbury. Some of my previous pictures hadn't held much hope in the beginning, but they'd been saved because I'd had some leeway in the writing.

One of the more famous scenes of the 1921 movie involved Rudolph Valentino dancing the tango. Then I worked very hard to dub the dialogue, but they kept changing lines to things I couldn't pronounce.

The film had its world premiere on February 7, 1962, at Low's Capitol Theater in Washington D.C. Ultimately the movie earned $1,600,000 in theatrical rentals in the U.S. and Canada and $2,500,000 overseas.

When costs of prints and advertising were added, the studio recorded a loss of $5,853,000. It was compared very unfavorably to the famous 1921 version, which propelled Rudolph Valentino to superstardom.

Ford, 46 years old, also had the disadvantage of trying to reprise a role that Valentino had played when he was 26. Critics also considered Ford severely miscast as a Latin lover who, in their minds, should have been played by someone much younger .

But one of the most interesting prophecies relates to the famous Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, which are described in the Bible ’s Book of Revelation. Together we will envision this end of the world, this crumbling of civilizations at the hands of War, Famine, Pestilence, and Disease, and dissect this prophecy and its various interpretations throughout history.

The most straightforward and widely agreed interpretation of this chapter is the description of a period in history when a large part of earth’s population would perish through a combination of wars, diseases, and hunger. In the Bible, these hardships are described as horsemen, riding in succession at the behest of Jesus, in the form of the Lamb of God.

Each one of these seven seals represent a different aspect of the apocalypse : the first four relate to the horsemen, the fifth releases the martyr’s cries for the God’s wrath, the sixth ushers a series of cataclysmic natural disasters, while the seventh calls forth the seven angelic trumpeters, who carry seven vials of plagues and divine wrath, which they pour out on the sinful and the wicked. The Lamb of God, being worthy to open the first four seals, does so, and summons forth, one after another, the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, setting in motion the ferocious cleansing of the earth.

While most interpreters agreed that the white rider symbolizes disease and pestilence, it wasn’t always the usual claim. At the time of the major crisis and the break of Western Christianity with the reforms of Martin Luther, this came as a most logical and accepted explanation.

The red horseman could also signify the sin of hatred and aggression as a contributing factor to the prophesized end of the world. And in a paradoxical turn of events, the Lamb of God releases that same aggression to smite the wicked with fire and sword.

The yoke is synonymous with servitude and slavery, and the pair of scales signifies the rationing and measuring of food. The final part of the passage states that while the prices of wheat and barley are affected, the ones of oil and wine are not to be changed.

The rich rulers hold the scales and dispense what meager rations they deem sufficient, while the luxuries remain abundant and out of reach for the poor. A growing divide between classes and fellow men could be a perfect aspect of an end time revelation.

The rider and the horse are depicted as pallid, bearing the sickly and lifeless color of a corpse, and the ability to extinguish all manner of earthly life through various natural means. In his wake follows hell, the final culmination of all things horrific, seemingly ready to swallow all the wicked that will perish in the apocalypse.

His large painting, “ ”, is a colorful and detailed, contemporary depiction of Death, War, Conquest, and Famine. Some earlier, medieval depictions are much more dramatic and almost unsettling, certainly aimed at putting fear into the more doubtful believers.

His dramatic woodcut represents the four horsemen as elderly, ghastly, and emaciated men, whose equally unsettling stallions are trampling the sinful and gluttonous people below. A similar woodcut was made between 1851 and 1860, by Julius Schnook on Carousel, a German painter, who portrayed a savage and merciless massacre of sinners by the four riders, all under the watchful eyes of the Lamb of God.

To date, the story of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse remains as a stark vision of the paradoxical, inherent nature of man. From its earliest forms it served as a warning for the wicked to change their ways, a plea for temperance and peace, for moderation and humility.

I looked, and behold, an ashen horse; and he who sat on it had the name Death; and Hades was following with him. Then after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary.

The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse is a metaphor depicting the end of times in the New Testament. We use this metaphor to describe communication styles that, according to our research, can predict the end of a relationship.

If you find that you and your partner are critical of each other, don’t assume your relationship is doomed to fail. The problem with criticism is that, when it becomes pervasive, it paves the way for the other, far deadlier horsemen to follow.

While criticism attacks your partner’s character, contempt assumes a position of moral superiority over them: I’ve been with the kids all day, running around like mad to keep this house going and all you do when you come home from work is flop down on that sofa like a child and play those idiotic video games.

When we feel unjustly accused, we fish for excuses and play the innocent victim so that our partner will back off. Question: “Did you call Betty and Ralph to let them know that we’re not coming tonight as you promised this morning?” Defensive response: “I was just too darn busy today.

Although it is perfectly understandable to defend yourself if you’re stressed out and feeling attacked, this approach will not have the desired effect. Defensiveness will only escalate the conflict if the critical spouse does not back down or apologize.

This is because defensiveness is really a way of blaming your partner, and it won’t allow for healthy conflict management. Stonewalling occurs when the listener withdraws from the interaction, shuts down, and simply stops responding to their partner.

Rather than confronting the issues with their partner, people who stonewall can make evasive maneuvers such as tuning out, turning away, acting busy, or engaging in obsessive or distracting behaviors. It takes time for the negativity created by the first three horsemen to become overwhelming enough that stonewalling becomes an understandable “out,” but when it does, it frequently becomes a bad habit.

To drive away destructive communication and conflict patterns, you must replace them with healthy, productive ones. Fortunately, each horseman has a proven positive behavior that will counteract negativity.
