Reviewed May 8, 2018, This is, without a doubt, the most peaceful, quiet and serene place we have ever stayed at. Plenty of battery operated candles (not at all cheesy).
We're pleased to hear you enjoyed a quiet peaceful stay, which is always our goal. Villa 4 is such a wonderful villa and so comfy, the private garden patio with the fire pit and jacuzzi tub is perfect for our desert living, we are happy you appreciated the lovely atmosphere.
Then there are the tree overhangs, and the flowers, and the hidden path to the door and then, and then, whew. When we wandered in here, we had the immense pleasure to talk with the manager, Elaine, who was exceedingly gracious.
But, in spite of all this, the lovely AndalusianCourt historically has either not been available or some other quirk of fate placed an obstacle in our way of booking here. Elaine filled us in on the historic relevancy of this property.
There are 7 “villas” which have full kitchens and all the bells and whistles that make this feel like home. In the 2000 timeframe, there was a major retrofit project underway which peeled this beauty back to her glory days.
The project was a full-blown success and ended up as a recipient of an award for design and architecture. This gets a TA rating of 5 for proximity to main street Palm Springs, beautiful and well maintained grounds, spot-on design aesthetics, and cozy intimacy.
We're so thrilled to hear how much you appreciated our beautiful and unique Spanish architecture and the lush, peaceful grounds. We're very proud of receiving The Gold Nugget Award of Merit for architecture and design and continue to strive to keep our property pristine.
Reviewed April 19, 2018, The property is in the center of town. You can walk to many shops and restaurants, but once back to your villa, it becomes peaceful and quiet.
We really appreciate you taking the time to write the great review, thank you so much for the kind words. We're happy to hear you enjoyed the peaceful, quiet atmosphere and convenient location.
Both villas that you've stayed in are so unique and beautiful, with all that outdoor space to enjoy the desert weather. Very quiet but it's close to everything--I strongly recommend The AndalusianCourt.
We're happy to hear you appreciated all of our high quality textiles, they are fabulous and our wonderful location. Reviewed April 3, 2018, My husband and I just returned from a week at this lovely spot.
Tony the owner is charming, and Elaine the manager also a hard-working lovely person. The grounds are impeccable and the pool area so relaxing, Within a few days of being home we have already booked another week.

“We are waiting for the necessary approvals and as soon as we receive them, we shall start construction work,” says Wall Tail, CEO of BID. Residents of these villas will also be able to enjoy easy and convenient access to the landscaped areas through private garden entrances,” says Tail.
Phase Three of the development will also feature exquisite landscaping, pedestrian walkways and bike roads, in addition to scenic public areas and parks. Extending across 108 hectares of land, it is the first luxury mixed-use development of its kind in Bani Was, one of the main suburban regions of Abu Dhabi, known for its rich history and culture.
It is spread across two floors, offering 70,000 sq m of gross leasable area and boasting 2,245 parking spaces as well as 22 food outlets inclusive of restaurants and cafés, in addition to banks and pharmacies. The apartment blocks consist of three low-rise buildings strategically located around the shopping mall, providing easy access to residents.
In addition, the Phase Two apartments, which represent a blend of tradition and modernism, include a total of 500 units, spread across 14 buildings within six different blocks. Royal International Construction, the main contractor for the Phase Two, will be handing over the project by the end of this year, under a Dh190-million ($51.8 million) contract.
It includes road embankments, storm water and sewage networks, street-lighting and the mall external parking area. Founded in 2005, BID, a majority-owned subsidiary of the Bananas Sports Club, has been an active contributor to the dynamic transformation of Abu Dhabi.
