Pretty good for the price Parking is horrendous. Home Sweet Home This apartment complex is perfect for anyone who wants a beautiful, quiet, affordable place to live.
The office staff is fantastic (friendly, funny, and very helpful), maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly, and we have a beautiful, clean swimming pool! This complex is pet friendly and there are many sweet fur-babies who live here.
My ONLY complaint is that the “bark parks” aren't the best place for my guy to play (they have large drainage tunnels attached to them and yucky water collects there) however there are two nice, big dog parks close-by to drive to. If you'd like an affordable place to live with GREAT access to main highways, a variety of great food/restaurants, and all the shopping you could need, but would like a little oasis in the middle of the big city... this is the place for you.
I and my fiancé moved here in May 2015, third floor, ugh, but other than that the place has been more than we could've asked for. Reasonable rent, great office staff, beautiful apartment.
