Reviewed December 7, 2019, I realize it was thanksgiving weekend but NO BBQ really that's what your supposed to be famous for. We're sorry that you weren't delighted by your experience, but we're listening and will make changes.
Reviewed July 20, 2018, via mobile This was absolutely the worst GoldenCorral I have ever been to. Same situation when I needed vinegar pepper sauce.
Most of the time was spent finding people to give me the things that I paid $18.95 for when I walked in. Very poor manager who said his name was Herman didn't seem very interested or concerned when I questioned this yet had plenty of time to lean against the wall and laugh with employees in the kitchen where he was seen the entire time I was there and allowed an employee to cut me off with an irrelevant subject while I attempted to bring these things to his attention.
It was all written off as a bad experience that I will never get again though because I will never return to this location and should have read all the other reviews before I went to begin with. Reviewed June 20, 2018, For being buffet style, this location has good prices.
I felt like...their salad bar could have had more variety of options though. Reviewed June 18, 2018, via mobile Food was ok, steak was tough.
Small salad selection, not much else to choose from on the grill other than the steak. Reviewed April 23, 2018, My Dad and I ate here twice while my Mom was being treated at MD Anderson.

Reviewed March 1, 2017, via mobile Not the cleanest restaurant by any means, but always lots of good home style cooked food, and friendly waitresses. Reviewed September 9, 2016, As always, it's easy to overeat at this buffet.
Salad bar was great, entrées mostly good, ice cream machine busted! Reviewed September 5, 2016, Located near the Methodist Hospital.
Reviewed February 4, 2016, via mobile This place is not fancy, in fact it's pretty run down, HOWEVER, the food is very good! There is a huge selection of everything, the salad bar is fresh, the Mexican dishes delicious, and the whole staff very friendly, especially our waitress, Rosie.
Does this restaurant offer table service? YesNoUnsure A little crowded for a Saturday, however there were other events happening in town.
Reviewed June 14, 2019, First time visit to one of these Buffet Restaurants, which apparently are all over the States. Basically a large Buffet Restaurant with a fixed price menu of all you can eat for $14.95, but in our case, being pensioners, $1245.
Huge range of food to...suit all tastes, and surprising for such a set up well presented and flavorsome, and for even greater value the price included top-up soft drinks, no alcohol sold here. Fine dining this is not, diner style restaurant, formica topped tables, etc, but you can't beat the value.
Thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave us a review; we all really appreciate it! Reviewed May 8, 2018, Loved the Cajun soup, salad bar was good.
The butter garlic herb sirloin steak was delicious. Would go back again. Reviewed September 6, 2017, via mobile This restaurant was a half mile from my hotel, so I thought I would try it out.
I've been to other Golden Corrals around the country, so my expectations were rather low. Reviewed June 18, 2017, via mobile GoldenCorral have started doing breakfast.
A good one quarter of the buffet trays were empty, another half were bearing grizzled, stale, embalmed, dried, relics. The rest...where lunch vegetables ...... apparently canned.
Reviewed March 27, 2017, I like that Golden Corrals are buffets. Reviewed August 25, 2016, Great place to get the value for your meal.
Plenty of variety of desserts, main entrée and salads and fruits. Reviewed August 16, 2016, via mobile Stopped in on a very rainy Sunday morning for a filling breakfast to hold us over for a long road trip to God's Country, the Texas Hill Country.
Our server was friendly and polite, but due to our drinks being self to serve and included on the buffet, we really didn't see much of her except to remove our numerous empty plates. Milk and juice are included in the price, and you can have as much as you want at no extra cost.
This included some best grilled pork steaks I've ever eaten, believe it or not. While we were there I saw who appeared to be the manager, actively working behind the line.
We were not greeted at the door and had to pull someone from the behind the counter to inquire about the soda machine. After paying for our meal, the lady walked away without giving us further instructions as to where to sit, our...server, etc.
I understand the plates go through a machine, but there is certain step called “rewash” 5. Children ran throughout the establishment reaching their little hands over fruit and chocolate.
I did mention my gripes to the manager who took quick action, but what really needs to be fixed will take longer than a day. Reviewed March 15, 2015, via mobile Arrived around 11 am for lunch.
